We are partnering with The Borough of Upper Saddle River to Present USR Day 2024 on September 28, 2024

The day will be a celebration of Upper Saddle River’s 130th anniversary and will be filled with great food, entertainment, music, games, rides, retail exhibitors, community organizations and activities for all ages. We invite you to join us for this wonderful family event, our annual fundraiser.

Below are the forms for USR Day 2024. If you’d like to be a sponsor, exhibitor, or food vendor, please fill out the appropriate form below.

Sponsor Registration Form

The Sponsor Registration Form must be submitted by any entity or person who would like to participate as a 2023 Oktoberfest Sponsor. Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Good Neighbor sponsor.

Exhibitor Registration Form

The Exhibitor Registration Form must be submitted by any entity or person who would like to participate as a 2023 Oktoberfest retail merchant (brick and mortar and home-based businesses), food vendor, or community organization exhibitor.

Waiver

All exhibitors must sign the Hold Harmless Waiver form to participate in the 2023 Oktoberfest event.

Pick a numbered cork & win the matching bottle. All wines will have a minimum value of $20 plus specialty bottles will be valued at $40-$150+.

Can’t attend? A USR Cares Volunteer will pick your cork & deliver your wine - local deliveries only.
