We are partnering with The Borough of Upper Saddle River to Present USR Day 2025 on September 13, 2025.
The day will be filled with great food, entertainment, music, games, rides, retail exhibitors, community organizations and activities for all ages. We invite you to join us for this wonderful family event, our annual fundraiser.
Below are the forms for USR Day 2025. If you’d like to be a sponsor, exhibitor, or food vendor, please fill out the appropriate form below.
Sponsor Registration Form
The Sponsor Registration Form must be submitted by any entity or person who would like to participate as a USR Day 2025 Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze sponsor.
Exhibitor Registration Form
The Exhibitor Registration Form must be submitted by any entity or person who would like to participate as a USR Day 2025 retail merchant (brick and mortar and home-based businesses), food vendor, or community organization exhibitor.
Waiver
All exhibitors must sign the Hold Harmless Waiver form to participate in the USR Day 2025 Event.

Platinum Sponsor
$10,000 - Exclusive Opportunity - One Platinum Sponsor
Large signage at the entrance
Name and logo featured on all 2025 USR Day materials and giveaway item(s)
Recognition as the exclusive 2025 USR Day Platinum Sponsor at the event, in 2025 USR Day promotional material, on the USR Cares website, and social media posts before and after the event.
Includes free-standing exhibit space in an exclusive center of field location.

$5,000 - (Limited to four (4))

USR Day 2025 Exhibitor Opportunities
General Info
Vendor exhibitors must provide their own tables and must have a tent.
Interactive games and giveaways are encouraged.
Table set-up will begin at 9:30am and must be completed by 11:30am. Set-Up Friday, September 12th is encouraged.
Retail Exhibitors must provide proof of insurance – uploaded during the registration process:
○ Retail Merchant with Brick & Mortar Stores must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Borough of Upper Saddle River as an additional insured.
○ Retail Merchant – Home-based businesses must provide proof of homeowners insurance

$100 donation to USR Cares - paid by credit card, venmo ot check - please complete registration to submit payment. This registration fee has been reduced this year to accommodate, in part, the fees required by the borough.
